1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing the Noor Islamic Application or the website (digitalerena.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the application.
2. Permitted Use & License
Digital Erena grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Noor for personal, non-commercial spiritual and devotional purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or extract application source code without written permission from Digital Erena.
3. Sacred Content & Intellectual Property
The Holy Quran, authentic Hadiths, and Masnoon Duas are sacred Islamic heritage for all humanity. The custom application UI, graphical designs, icons, algorithms, and digital features are the intellectual property of Digital Erena.
4. Prayer Calculations & Astronomical Disclaimers
Prayer times and Qibla directional angles are calculated using recognized spherical astronomical formulas. While we strive for absolute accuracy, slight variations can occur depending on atmospheric conditions, elevation, and juristic calculation conventions. Users are encouraged to adjust calculation settings in accordance with their local mosque or Islamic authority.
5. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Digital Erena or its developers be held liable for any damages resulting from device battery optimization blocking alarms or inaccurate third-party network data.
